Cutting Cake Patisserie is a Leeds-based chocolate- and cake-making business run by husband-and-wife team Mark Shipway and Nang Kham Mai.

We met at Thomas Danby College in Leeds where we were both studying craft baking, patisserie, and cake decorating. Kham Mai went on to gain further qualifications in chocolate and sugar technology, while Mark worked for four years at Patisserie Viennoise in Otley, helping to supply over 200 wedding cakes and many times that number of celebration cakes each year.

Our aim at Cutting Cake Patisserie is to combine fine ingredients with artisan skills and personalised service, creating cakes and chocolates which look beautiful and taste delicious, on every occasion.
