The chocolates will be selected from the range described on the website. The actual product may sometimes vary slightly from the description given. Some of our chocolates contain potential allergens such as milk, soya lecithin and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts). Allergens are clearly labeled on the packaging. Customers should advise us of any special dietary requirements when ordering.
The packaging (boxes and ribbons) may on occasion differ from that depicted on the website, for example in colour, but will be of the same or superior quality.

When we receive your order we will acknowledge and confirm it by telephone or email within two working days and at the same time tell you when we expect to post the chocolates. You may cancel the order with no charge up until the time of dispatch.
We will make all reasonable efforts to meet the date requested for delivery but cannot absolutely guarantee to deliver before or on any specific date.
We deliver in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) only.
We will normally post chocolates from Monday to Thursday only, to avoid having the chocolates kept in a Royal Mail sorting office over the weekend.

We will post the chocolates to the address as supplied by the customer and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the address details are incorrect. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number.
We send orders by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For delivery. Please ensure that delivery is to an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel. If you are sending a gift please advise the recipient to expect a delivery.
If the chocolates are to be delivered to a work address, we shall be deemed to have successfully delivered your order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address and receiving a signed receipt from a duly authorized representative at that address.
We reserve the right to refuse to include any gift message that we consider might offend the recipient.
We take care to ensure that Cutting Cake Patisserie chocolates are dispatched in perfect condition. If you are not entirely happy with our chocolates, please let us know the reason and return the products to us, together with their packaging, within seven days of receiving them. Provided the chocolates are returned in their original packaging and the product has not been consumed, other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product you are not happy with, we will refund your postage costs and the entire purchase price of the product.
We will use the personal data which you supply to us at the time of ordering solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order for chocolates. We do not collect your information for marketing purposes and will not pass your personal details to third parties.
