If you would like to order a cake, please phone us on 0113 275 6290 or 07737 642952. Sometimes, especially for wedding cakes, you may want to come and see us first. As we work from home, we can be very flexible about when to meet, including evenings and weekends.

 

You will need to think about:

 

The design: our website shows examples of our work, but your cake may be quite different - it’s up to you. We can create a cake to almost any design.

 

The type of cake: vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge, carrot cake, fresh cream cake or fruit cake are all popular choices, but we can make almost anything else. For wedding orders, we can provide samples to taste, if you let us know in advance.

 

The size of cake: how many portions do you need?

 

The date on which you need it: Nearly every week we have to turn work away because we are already fully booked.  Please try to give at least two months' notice for wedding cakes, and two-three weeks for all other cakes.  But please note also that even this will not guarantee our availability, if several other customers have already placed orders before you.

 

The payment: for wedding cakes, we ask for a 10% deposit at the time of booking, and the balance of the payment four weeks before the wedding date. For all other cakes, we accept cash on delivery/collection, or we can give you our bank details if you prefer to pay online in advance.

 

Collection/delivery: you can collect your cake from us, or we can deliver it. Depending on the distance, we may have to add a delivery charge.
