A very tall, elegant cake, five tiers of varying heights with roses sweeping down and around the entire height of the cake.

In the main example shown the tiers are 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 inches in diameter, with two tiers of standard depth and three larger than standard.  This cake would serve upwards of 150 portions and would cost £450.
